I built the press kit, coordinated communications between multiple partners, and led talent and press outreach, including RSVP grid management and on-site support. By strategically expanding outreach beyond VIP editors to rising voices and niche tastemakers, we ensured a dynamic guest list and strong editorial pickup. The activation secured coverage in WWD, Fast Company, Galerie, Racquet Magazine, The Knockturnal, and The PR Net, positioning LALO as a cultural player at the intersection of sport and lifestyle.
